Neden Bu Sayfa Var?
Meta Platform Terms ve KVKK m.7 (silme hakkı) gereği, kullanıcılar AI Agent üzerinde tutulan kişisel verilerini silinmesini talep edebilir. Bu sayfa silme yöntemlerini ve sürelerini açıklar.
Verilerinizi Nasıl Sileriz?
Yöntem 1 — Instagram Üzerinden (En Hızlı)
- Instagram uygulaması açın → Ayarlar → Hesap Merkezi → Hesap Bilgileri
- "Apps and Websites" veya "Üçüncü Taraf Bağlantıları" seçin
- Listede "AI Agent" uygulamasını bulun → "Remove" / "Kaldır"
- Meta, AI Agent'ya otomatik bir bildirim (signed callback) gönderir
- 30 gün içinde verileriniz sistemimizden silinir
Bu yöntem KVKK m.11'deki silme hakkını otomatik tetikler — ek bir başvuru gerekmez.
Yöntem 2 — E-posta İle Talep
E-posta gönder:
- Adres: support@netfone.com.tr
- Konu: "Verilerimi siliniz / Data Deletion Request"
- Mesaj içeriği: Instagram kullanıcı adınız + "verilerimi tamamen silmenizi talep ediyorum" beyanı
Kimlik doğrulama amacıyla Instagram hesabınızdan bir doğrulama mesajı atmanız istenebilir. Doğrulama tamamlandıktan sonra 30 gün içinde silinir.
Yöntem 3 — Online Form
Bu sayfanın altındaki formu doldurun:
- Instagram kullanıcı adı (zorunlu)
- E-posta (opsiyonel — onay için)
- Talep türü: "Tüm verilerimi silin" / "Belirli bir tarihten öncesini silin" / "Belirli bir mesajı silin"
Hangi Veriler Silinir?
Talebiniz işleme alındığında aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir:
- Sistemimizdeki tüm DM içerikleri (size ait inbound + outbound)
- Tarafınıza ait media dosyaları (resim, ses, video)
- Whisper transkriptleri ve vision çıkarımları
- Konuşma metadata'sı
- Hesap bağlantı bilgisi (IGSID, kullanıcı adı, profil fotoğrafı)
Hangi Veriler Saklanabilir?
Yasal saklama zorunlulukları gereği aşağıdakiler silinmeyebilir:
- Faturalama kayıtları (VUK gereği 5 yıl saklanır — sizin kişisel verinizi içermez, sadece müşterimizin hesap hareketi)
- Yedekleme arşivleri (60 gün içinde otomatik döngüde silinir; o döngüye kadar bekler)
- Yasal soruşturma kapsamında bekletilen veriler (mahkeme kararı varsa)

Onay Belgesi
Silme işlemi tamamlandığında support@netfone.com.tr'den size bir onay e-postası gönderilir. Onay e-postasında:
- Talep tarihi
- Silme tarihi
- Silinen veri türleri
- Confirmation code (Meta callback için)
yer alır.
Şikayet Hakkı
30 gün içinde silme onayı almazsanız:

Why This Page?
Per Meta Platform Terms and KVKK Art. 7 / GDPR Art. 17 (right to erasure), users may request deletion of their personal data held by AI Agent. This page explains how.
How to Delete Your Data
Method 1 — Via Instagram (Fastest)
- Open Instagram app → Settings → Account Center → Account Information
- Select "Apps and Websites" or "Third-party Connections"
- Find "AI Agent" in the list → "Remove"
- Meta sends AI Agent an automatic signed callback
- Your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days
This method automatically triggers the KVKK Art. 11 / GDPR Art. 17 right — no additional request required.
Method 2 — Via Email
Send to:
- Address: support@netfone.com.tr
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Body: Your Instagram username + "I request complete deletion of my data"
For identity verification, you may be asked to send a verification message from your Instagram account. After verification, deletion within 30 days.
Method 3 — Online Form
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page:
- Instagram username (required)
- Email (optional — for confirmation)
- Request type: "Delete all my data" / "Delete data before a specific date" / "Delete a specific message"
What Gets Deleted?
Once your request is processed, the following are permanently deleted:
- All your DM content (inbound + outbound)
- Your media files (images, voice, video)
- Whisper transcripts and vision extractions
- Conversation metadata
- Account connection info (IGSID, username, profile picture)
What May Be Retained?
Due to legal retention obligations:
- Billing records (5-year retention per Turkish Tax Law — no personal data, only our customer's account activity)
- Backup archives (auto-purged within 60 days)
- Data under legal hold (if subject to court order)

Confirmation
Upon completion, a confirmation email is sent from support@netfone.com.tr containing:
- Request date
- Deletion date
- Categories of data deleted
- Confirmation code (for Meta callback verification)

If you don't receive confirmation within 30 days:
